I come here almost everyday. Get the number 27 on the student menu. Its great authentic spicy chicken for 5£. You don't get any better than that for great food. Ask for the 27 without bones (best in my opinion) and get it to eat in. You can eat on one of their chairs or tell the girl behind the counter that you will eat outside and sit on the steps of the church across the street. You can also add some extra spice with the chilli sauce they have in a jar on the counter.
This place is a must if you want great affordable chinese food in Cambridge. -

Some of the food is spicy but if you don't want spicy just ask female boss don't put spicy,she will try to make you satisfaction.
Please notice that BECAUSE THE SPACE IS VERY SMALL, THERE ARE ONLY 6 CHAIR , But trust me, it's valuable to eat there without chair. -

I've lived in Cambridge for four years now, and I've been to many a Chinese takeaway. Honestly, the only reason to go elsewhere is if you have a penchant for regretting your past decisions. That's not a dig against other restaurants, it's just that Golden House is great (although admittedly tiny - I always get takeaway). The staff is nice and the food is awesome value for money. Top notch.
